Refund & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. However, exchanges may be allowed if there is an error on our part (such as incorrect size, color, or design from what was originally ordered). To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused and returned in its original condition within 7 days of receiving your order.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled; however, any deposit paid at the time of booking or order placement is non-refundable and will be forfeited. Deposits cover materials, preparation, and time allocated for your order. If the balance has already been paid in full, only the remaining balance (minus the deposit) may be eligible for credit toward a future order, at our discretion.
